    Borders

    Finish the wall, deport lawbreakers, secure the borders, repeal or reform the 1965 Immigration Act, and enact a 100-year immigration moratorium.   

    Virtually No Foreign Aid

    Significantly hollow-out foreign aid, almost totally, except for the possible exception of emergency aid where the need for may arise anywhere around the world, but totally at the discretion of the Congress as to whether to assist or not.  "Emergency" may infer various kinds of contingencies, from defense needs to humanitarian needs.  No general funding  to countries.  Use the savings to help balance the budget.

    Reduce National Debt, Rationally

    Get rid of useless departments and agencies, e.g., the Department of Education (education bureaucracy should not be centralized).  In 2027, if elected, Mark will devise a 23-year deficit reduction plan to balance the budget by Year 2050.

    Schools

    Revamp schools:  Allow for greater school choice, including charter schools, abolish the Department of Education but put some federal mandates on public schools that enhance basic, traditional learning.

    Pro-Life and General Social Policy

    Traditional social policies.  Pro-life.  Help fund pregnancy counseling  centers.

    America First

    Isolationist...pretty much.  Stay out of wars and proxy wars.  General non-interventionist.  Get out of the United Nations (a den of thieves and antiamerican globalists/wolves for the most part).  Tell the U.N. to pack up and go to Ottawa, Paris, Brussels, or wherever they want outside the United States. Get out of NATO (let Europe take up their own defense by themselves).  Get out of other alliances or rethink them, at least.  Think of ingenious ways of countering foreign global menaces that threaten civilizations (not necessarily militarily but not necessarily excluding militarily, either).
